  Service quality is below acceptable range. Was in and waited over 20 min with 4 people behind counter including the jeweler and was ignored. Took my business elsewhere where they were happy to help.

  I recently brought in my wedding band to see if he can restore it after the finish was ruined years ago by another jeweler. Steve restored it to its original finish and now I will have my husband's ring refinished as well. I'm so glad that I finally found a local jeweler that has successfully repaired several pieces and they are extremely friendly and courteous. They are proud of their workmanship and I highly recommend them! Plus they have a great selection of jewelry as well!

  Great people - beautiful store! I came in to get my daughter's silver bracelet fixed and they fixed it on the spot. They did a super job and they were very generous! They have my business going forward!

  Came in to find my girlfriend a bracelet for a Valentine’s present. Lara was very helpful in helping me decide which would be better for my girlfriend. After finding her a gorgeous bracelet and a necklace to match, I took a look at their extraordinary watch selection and picked up a gift for myself. Great customer service and at home feel. Would definitely recommend whether you need a watch battery or a gift for mom.
